Chapter 94 of the Linton Municipal Code (the "Code") shall govern the regulation and prohibition of all public nuisances, including abandoned vehicles, as defined herein, within the City, with the exception of public nuisances that constitute unsafe buildings or unsafe premises, as defined by Indiana Code, which unsafe building and/or unsafe premises shall be governed exclusively by Chapter 150 of the Code and any other applicable state or federal law or regulation.
