§ 93.06 DEPOSITING ICE AND SNOW PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, except employees or contractors of the city duly authorized by the City Executive or Director of Public Works, to plow, blow, shovel, or otherwise deposit ice or snow from private property upon any sidewalk or public thoroughfare (including any street, road, alley or highway) in the city.
