§ 91.04 EMERGENCY BURNING.
   (A)   The Mayor or the Linton Fire Department Chief may allow emergency burning of petroleum products, high explosives, or other dangerous materials where the fires are properly controlled by a responsible person and are deemed necessary in the public interest.
   (B)   The Mayor may allow open burning of refuse consisting or material resulting from a disaster if the Mayor has declared a disaster in the area and has conferred with the proper State and County officials, if the situation permits. Otherwise, in the event of emergency, the Mayor will consult with the Fire Department Chief to determine the necessity and risk to human life and property.
