§ 90.11 CONTROL OF ANIMALS WITHIN CITY LIMITS.
   (A)   Kennels. It shall be illegal to operate an animal kennel within the city limits of Linton, Indiana.
   (B)   Limitations. No person shall own/possess a total of three adult dogs at any time within the city limits of Linton, Indiana. For the purpose of defining adult dog, this will be any dog over six months of age.
   (C)   Effective date. This chapter shall be in effect upon adoption by the Common Council for the City of Linton.
