§ 90.07 RABIES; METHOD OF HANDLING SUSPECTED DOGS.
   Any dog or domestic animal believed to have rabies or to have been bitten by any animal suspected of having rabies, or if a dog or domestic animal is suspected of biting a human being the dog shall be impounded for a period of 15 days by the agent of the City of Linton and kept separated from all other animals in the impoundment, and the owner of the dog or domestic animal shall pay to the Violations Clerk the sum of $2 per day, impoundment fee, in addition to additional fines or extraordinary costs that may be assessed by virtue of violation of any section of this chapter.
