§ 90.06 VACCINATION.
   No owner of any dog shall keep, maintain or harbor the dog unless it shall have been vaccinated by a licensed veterinary surgeon with anti-rabies vaccine within one year preceding the date on which the dog is kept, maintained or harbored.
