§ 72.19 DOES NOT REGULATE.
   (A)   No part of this subchapter shall be construed as placing any restrictions on the use of or operation of electric personal assistive mobility devices.
   (B)   No part of this subchapter shall be construed as placing any restriction on the use of or operation of golf carts by law enforcement agencies.
   (C)   No part of this subchapter shall be construed as placing any restriction on the use of or operation of golf carts on golf courses.
