(A) Pursuant to I.C. 9-21-1-3, this subchapter is established to regulate the use of golf carts on highways under the jurisdiction of the City of Linton, Indiana.
(B) Pursuant to. I.C. 9-21-1-3, the City of Linton,- Indiana, will erect signage consistent with applicable law to give notice of golf cart usage on the highways under the jurisdiction of the city. No permit shall be issued until this section is complied with.
