SECTION 11.06. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING.

Notice of public hearing required by this Chapter shall be published at least once in the official newspaper at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the hearing. Additional notice of such public hearing shall be given in such manner as the Council shall determine.
