Certain Rules of the Rice Creek Watershed District (the “Rules”) and Standards of Vadnais Lake Area Water Management Organization (the “Standards”) and any amendments or revisions thereto referenced herein are adopted as ordinances of the city. Where the Rules refer to the “District” they shall be deemed as referring to the city. Where the Standards refer to the “VLAWMO” they shall be deemed as referring to the city. Where conflicts exist between this chapter and the Rules or Standards, the greater requirement shall apply.
