Owners of multiple dwellings licensed under this article must provide recycling collection services to all residents of the dwelling. The collection services must include acceptance of all materials designated as recyclable. Licensees must ensure that all recyclables are delivered to a recycling facility for the purpose of recycling. Licensees must provide information regarding recycling collection services as required by the city.
