The license fees shall be as provided in the fee schedule ordinance. The license fees shall be established by resolution.
(1) A license fee shall be collected for each unit in a multiple dwelling.
(2) If an application is made less than 45 days before the beginning date of the license period applied for then the fee shall be accompanied by an additional amount equal to 100% of the license fee. The additional amount shall be a penalty for a late application.
(3) The license fee will be reduced for participation in the Safer Tenants and Rentals Program at the following rates:
