(1) Cleanliness. Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall keep that part of the dwelling unit and premises which the occupant occupies, controls or uses in a clean and sanitary condition.
(2) Disposal of rubbish. Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall dispose of all rubbish in a clean and sanitary manner.
(3) Use and operation of supplied plumbing fixtures. Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall keep the supplied plumbing fixtures clean and sanitary and shall be responsible for the exercise of reasonable care in the proper use and operation of the fixtures.
(4) Plumbing fixtures furnished by occupant. Every plumbing fixture furnished by the occupant shall be properly installed and maintained in good working condition. The fixtures shall be clean, sanitary and free from defects, leaks or obstructions.
