§ 1008.14 LEGALITY OF CHAPTER AND PARTS THEREOF.
   Should any section, clause or provisions of this chapter be declared by the courts to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the chapter as a whole, or parts thereof, other than the part to be declared to be invalid.
