§ 1001.060 RECORD PLANS.
   Upon completion of construction of roads, sanitary sewer, water mains, storm sewer facilities and grading, the developer shall submit two sets of record plans and one electronic copy in a format compatible with the city's computer system, indicating all changes in the work, including accurate locations, dimensions, elevations, grades, slopes and all other pertinent information concerning the complete work.
