(1) After approval of the final plat by the City Council, the developer shall submit three mylar copies of the final plat and one electronic copy in a format compatible with the city's computer system.
(2) After approval and execution of the development contract, the contract shall be recorded.
(3) The developer shall record the plat within 90 days after the date of approval, otherwise the approval of the final plat shall be considered void, unless the developer requests and receives an extension from the City Council.
