(1) The Lino Lakes City Council shall serve as the platting authority of the city in accordance with M.S. Ch. 462.358, as it may be amended from time to time.
(2) No plat or replat shall be filed or accepted for filing by the office of the Anoka county recorder or Registrar of Titles unless adopted by the affirmative vote of the majority of the members of the City Council approving the plat or replat.
