A slow no-wake speed 24 hours per day all year over all that part of Peltier Lake lying northerly and northwesterly of the following described line (which line extends east and west from, and including, the south end of the large island):
Commencing at the southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota; thence North 89 degrees 54 minutes 46 seconds East along the south line of the Southeast Quarter 2106.64 feet to a witness corner on the south line of Government Lot 1, Section 10, Township 31, Range 22; thence North 00 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds West 150.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds East 100.00 feet, more or less, to a point on the westerly shoreline of Peltier Lake, the point being the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence continuing North 89 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds East to the easterly shoreline of Peltier Lake and the line there terminating.
