(1) Any person who violates any condition of a special event license or any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable as prescribed by Minnesota State Law.
(2) Enforcement of this division may, at the Council’s discretion, take any of the following forms:
(a) Citation/criminal prosecution;
(b) Injunctions, declaratory judgments or other civil remedies;
(c) License revocation; and
(d) Disbursement of persons gathered.
