The following uses are classified as adult uses:
(1) Adult uses - accessory.
(a) Comprise no more than 10% of the floor area of the establishment in which it is located.
(b) Comprise no more than 20% of the gross receipts of the entire business operation.
(c) Not involved or include any activity except the sale or rental of merchandise.
(2) Adult uses - principal.
(a) Body painting studio.
(b) Bookstore.
(c) Cabaret.
(d) Companionship establishment.
(e) Conversation/rap parlor.
(f) Health/sport club.
(g) Hotel or motel.
(h) Massage parlor, health club.
(i) Mini-motion picture theater.
(j) Modeling studio.
(k) Motion picture arcade.
(l) Motion picture theater.
(m) Novelty business.
(n) Sauna.
(o) Steam room/bathhouse facility.
