(1) Injunction. The provisions of this chapter may be enforced by injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction.
(2) Nuisance. The holding of a large assembly in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be deemed a public nuisance and may be abated.
(3) Bond. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, or who violates any condition upon which he or she is issued a license shall forfeit an appropriate amount from the bond required by § 606.05(14). No portion of the bond shall be released to the sponsors unless and until all provisions of the license agreement have been met.
(4) Other. The remedies listed in divisions (1) through (3) are in addition to any other remedies provided by law or this code for enforcement of this chapter.
