§ 511.02 DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

TARGETED RESIDENTIAL PICKETING. An activity, including but not limited to marching, standing or patrolling, that is focused on a single residential dwelling without the consent of the dwelling's occupant(s).
