It shall be unlawful in any public or private building or place to organize, permit, be present at, or to participate in the practice of ultimate fighting. Officially sanctioned and regulated boxing, martial arts, wrestling and team sports in which physical contact is incidental to the primary purpose of the game such as hockey, basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball and softball, are not included among activities prohibited by this section.
