Disposal of any mixed municipal solid waste collected within the city, by any private hauler shall be done only at places specifically designated by Anoka County, as stated in the Anoka County Ordinance No. 73-1, 82-1, 83-2, 83-3, 84-2, 85-5, 86-1, 88-1, 88-4, 88-5, 89-1, 91-1 and 92-2 Section IX, Subsection 4. Allowable exceptions are any materials listed as exempt in this chapter.
