M.S. §§ 88.16 through 88.22, as they may be amended from time to time, are incorporated by reference in this chapter as if fully set forth herein. In the event of any inconsistency between this chapter and the sections of Minnesota Statutes, the provision that places the greater restrictions or the higher standard shall apply.
