§ 503.08 DISPOSITION OF IMPOUNDED ANIMALS.

If an impounded animal is not redeemed within five business days after the required notice, as specified in §§ 503.04 and 503.05, authorized city personnel may give the animal away or direct the impounding facility to dispose of the animal in a humane manner.
