§ 501.07 PENALTIES.
   (1)   Violation of § 501.04(1), (2) and (3) will be prosecuted pursuant to M.S. Ch. 260B, as it may be amended from time to time, and will be subject to the penalties therein.
   (2)   Violation of § 501.04(4) or (5) shall be a misdemeanor.
