§ 402.05 STANDARDS.

Materials, installation and excavation shall be governed by the City Engineers Association of Minnesota (CEAM) Standard Utility Specifications for Water Main and Service Line Installation and Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Installation, Revised 1999 and as may be amended from time to time in the future, which is hereby adopted by reference. Copies for public review and purchase shall be kept in the office of the city engineer.
