(1) The Clerk shall certify to the county auditor the amount due, together with a legal description of the premises served, and the county auditor shall thereupon enter the amount for collection with the tax levy on the premises to be collected during the ensuing year.
(2) In addition thereto, the city may initiate legal action to collect amounts owed.
