§ 303.07 UNAPPROVED IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.
   In the event that a proposed improvement is disallowed either by petition or election, the Council shall not consider the same improvement within one year after the hearing on the improvement. Any reconsideration of the improvement must be treated as a new improvement under this chapter and the City Charter.
