§ 302.07 VARIATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS.

(1) The Council may permit variations from the requirements of this chapter in specific cases which, in its opinion, do not affect the general sense of this chapter. Additional requirements shall be complied with as imposed by the City Engineer, Public Works Director and City Council.

(2) Minor variations to the requirements of this chapter may be allowed with the consensus of the Public Works Director, City Engineer and City Administrator.
