Proper development and expansion of the city make it necessary to establish uniform standards for the construction and improvement of streets. It is the purpose of the these standards to encourage well planned and efficient streets by establishing standards for design and construction. The following specifications and standards shall apply to all streets newly constructed or on which radical improvements are undertaken.
