(1) Members shall receive a maximum quarterly stipend of $225 ($75 per meeting) with the Chair of the Board receiving a quarterly stipend of $300 ($100 per meeting).
(2) Members will not be paid for meetings that they miss. If a member misses a regularly scheduled meeting, but attends a special Environmental Board meeting, the monthly stipend will be paid for the special meeting.
