(1) The Board shall consist of seven members, and they shall be appointed by a majority of the council. Board Members shall receive a maximum quarterly stipend of $225 ($75 per meeting) with the chair of the Board receiving a quarterly stipend of $300 ($100 per meeting).
(2) Members will not be paid for meetings that they miss.
(3) If a member misses a regularly scheduled meeting, but attends a special Park Board meeting, the monthly stipend will be paid for the special meeting.
