A person holding the position of community service officer in the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department may, under the direction of the Public Safety Director, issue citations in lieu of arrest for violations of the following Chapters: 503 Animal Control Regulations, 802 Parking, 901 General Nuisances and 1006 Building Numbers.
