All city property issued to any member shall be returned, in good condition, to the city, forthwith, upon termination of employment. Each member shall be responsible for and liable for each item and the proper care thereof while same is in his or her possession. Uniforms and equipment to perform duties will be provided to public safety personnel. Public safety personnel represented by a union will be provided a uniform allowance pursuant to their labor agreement.
