The Lino Lakes Public Safety Department shall be directed and supervised by the Public Safety Director. The members of the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department shall consist of the Public Safety Director, police and fire personnel, and paid-on-call firefighters as the City Council shall hire. The members of the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department shall be police officers, cross-trained police offiers/firefighters, and firefighters.
