(A) Sewer stoppages or line breaks from the curb side on public property to and on the customer’s property will be the responsibility of the customer/owner, and all maintenance and repair costs will be the owner’s responsibility.
(B) Sewer stoppages or line breaks determined to be in the city owned sewer lines and mains will be the responsibility of the Sewer Department, and repair costs will be borne by the city.
