(A) Application for new sewer service installation must be made in writing on a prescribed form to the City Clerk and will be submitted to the Board of Aldermen for consideration. The Board of Aldermen shall approve or deny service based on the ability of the city to serve the subject property with appropriate sewage disposal.
(B) Upon approval by the Board of Aldermen, the cost of sewer line connections from the consumer’s premises to the city sewer mains shall be borne by the owner of the premises.
(C) A $50 charge for connecting to the city sewer main shall be paid to the City Clerk prior to any work commencing.
