§ 52.018  SEWER COMMISSION.
   (A)   These rules and regulations have been adopted to govern the sewage disposal services furnished by the city in a uniform manner for the benefit of the city and its sewer system users.
   (B)   The Mayor and the Board of Aldermen shall act as ex-officio Board of Sewer Commissioners for the management and function of the municipal sewage system.
