§ 51.02  READING WATER METERS.
   (A)   Meters in Ward I will be read between the last day of the month and the first day of the following month.
   (B)   Meters in Ward II will be read between the first and second day of the month.
   (C)   Exception to the above will be in the event a scheduled meter reading falls on a weekend or a holiday; meters will then be read on the first working day following that weekend or holiday.
