§ 50.01  COMBINING WATER AND SEWER SYSTEMS.
   The existing waterworks and the existing sewer system of the city and all future improvements and extensions thereto, whether to the waterworks or to the sewer system or to both, shall be and the same are hereby combined and thenceforth shall be operated and maintained as a combined waterworks and sewer system.
