(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall by subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person convicted of violating § 33.20 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined an amount not to exceed $100 for each violation. Each day on which such violation occurs shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
(2) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 33.20 shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned the city by reason of such violation.
