§ 33.04  STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE AMENDMENTS.
   (A)   It has been deemed to be in the best interests of the city and the Police Department to make additions, corrections, or deletions to certain areas of the Police Department standard operating procedures. These standard operating procedures will provide the guidelines for both regular and reserve officers in carrying out the procedures as authorized by the Board of Aldermen. These procedures will be complied in the form of manuals, to be distributed to all present and future regular and reserve officers.
   (B)   It has been deemed to be in the best interests of the city and the Police Department to make additions, corrections, or deletions to section number 99-09 Pursuit & Emergency Vehicle Operations of the Police Department Standard Operating Procedures.
   (C)   It has been deemed to be in the best interests of the city and the Police Department to make additions, corrections, or deletions to section number 99-06 departmental property and add section number 07-01 ride along program of the Police Department standard operating procedures.
   (D)   It has been deemed to be in the best interests of the city and the Police Department to add section number 08.001 inclement weather operations of the Police Department Standard Operating Procedures.
   (E)   It has been deemed to be in the best interests of the city and the Police Department to add section number 14.001 patrol rifle policy of the Police Department standard operating procedures.
