§ 33.02  POLICE DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK ADOPTED.
   (A)   The Police Department Employee Handbook will be distributed to all present Police Department employees and all future Police Department employees of the city, and will be their guide to questions which might arise during the course of their employment with the city.
   (B)   The amendments shown in Exhibit A to the employment categories, vacation benefits, holidays, and sick leave benefits sections in the Office Employee Handbook adopted by Ord. 02-005 and the Police Department Employee Handbook, adopted by division (A) above, be adopted.
   (C)   The section on cell phones be added under work conditions and hours of the Police Department Employee Handbook, adopted by division (A) above, be adopted.
   (D)   The amendment to the dress code and insignias, as shown in Exhibit A of Ord. 17-009 amending Ord. 17-002, is adopted.
