§ 95.01  PURPOSE.
   (A)   The Linn Creek Memorial Park and the Jack Thornhill Fitness Park shall be open to the public use between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., unless otherwise posted.
   (B)   The City Clerk may issue permits for individuals or groups to use the park grounds during the hours listed as closed.
   (C)   This chapter shall be enforced by the Linn Creek Police Department.
