§ 152.01  STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   The legislature of the state has, in RSMo. § 79.110, delegated the responsibility to local governmental units to adopt floodplain management regulations designed to protect the health, safety, and general welfare. Therefore, the Board of Aldermen ordain as follows.
