§ 151.99  PENALTY.
   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 151.15 through 151.25 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $500. Each day that a person fails to comply with an order of the Building Commissioner may be deemed a separate offense.
