§ 130.15  OPEN BEER OR LIQUOR CONTAINER.
   A person commits the offense of transporting an open beer or liquor container if a container of nonintoxicating beer, malt liquor, or intoxicating liquor is found to be open (that is available for ready consumption) within a vehicle which that person has under his or her control or in which that person is a passenger.
