(A) A person commits the offense of unlawful use of weapons if he or she knowingly:
(1) Carries concealed on or about his or her person a knife, a firearm, a blackjack, or any other weapon capable of lethal use;
(2) Sets a spring gun;
(3) Willfully discharges or shoots a firearm within the city limits in a manner that endangers the person or property of another or disturbs the peace of another; or
(4) Possesses a firearm while intoxicated.
(B) The terms used in this sections shall have the meanings ascribed to them in RSMo. § 571.010.
